It's PKF. When we entered, the cashier had it in front of the counter, she continued as if we weren't there, her manager had to come and tell her to drop that and answer us. The installation is old, and seems to be almost unsanitary, it would need a renovation let's say.

UPDATED : ON FRIDAY JANUARY 05TH,2024 I ordered the 20 pieces bucket with fries and gravy special. I had it delivered from the Sherbrooke location after 4pm, this was the worst chicken ever. One , the chicken were so burnt that it was bitter, you could taste that the oil was bad. Secondly, they gave the smallest pieces they could find. I ordered to take home to my family and after reaching home and we sat down to eat, that's when we saw the garbage that was in that Bucket. What a waste of my 70$!! in the trash. I am so disappointed, this place use to be one of the best LOCATION. Definitely will not be buying KFC anymore.

The KFC in Denver, Colorado was far more superior. For a 12 piece bucket with a large gravy and fries I was really disappointed in the chicken. Small pieces. The skin was crispy and you got about 3 good size piece of chicken to eat per piece. The chicken it's self was dry. Wasn't exactly moist. It's simply a waste of 40.00$

I ordered the 4 pcs meal. Look at the size of the 4 pieces...OMG tldid they give me the smallest batch???With macaroni salad and super sized fries. You'll noticed I got charged. But oddly enough I don't see a super size fry and no macaroni salad. I'll start to double check my meal before leaving as I'm checking it only when I get home... hate when that happens. Honest mistake on their part but it wasn't rush hour. Come on guys.Vegetarian options: Water !!! That was a joke for this option to be available at KFC ... come on ?
