This was my first time visiting this restaurant since the renovations. It felt good to no longer smell the mold and the place looked clean. But I was generally disappointed. The wait time for my takeout order was painful. The food was not up to par at all. I actually don't understand why the sauce didn't taste like the typical KFC sauce at all. Crispy chicken is really not good. It's pretty much just breading and fat. The fries were dry. There was almost no sauce in the poutine. The popcorn chicken was good, at least! I'm going to go to a restaurant in Repentigny the next time I get the urge and I hope the food will be better.

Firstly, the first time I went there, when I ordered my 14 piece barrel, the employee said to me: sorry we no longer have chicken ?...the second time I go there we want to eat one sandwich, and the employee says to me: sorry we are out of bread ?....WHAT???? A real joke....and today I said to myself: well let's see if they have anything to eat....YESIII! So I order a 14 piece, and a popcorn chicken, 1 hour, before receiving the order...the employees were talking together, and sometimes even stubborn, they made fun of the customers in the restaurant...arrived at my house, I open the bag, I don't have 14 pieces but 12, and the oil comes out of the chicken pieces as if it came out of the fryer....let's say I won't go back there again...very ordinary.

To be honest, me and my wife saw the restaurant's poor rating and decided to try the same thing. The service was still fast but lacked attention. You give me fried chicken without a napkin.... I understand that your slogan is: finger-licking good but there is still a limit. The portion was really ridiculous for the price paid. These are not chicken fingers but rather chicken children's fingers. But hey, the restaurant was still clean... now I understand the bill

I ate there. I ordered a 3 piece meal I only had 2 pieces in the box, I had asked for a liquor and well I didn't receive it because the cashier had forgotten to indicate it on the invoice. We asked for a fork and they are out of stock either. Try for fun to peel a piece of very hot chicken with your fingers and then dip it in the sauce... those hot ones are damned for your fingers. Table not cleaned well and there were small flies circling around my snack. In short, I don't recommend it.

the manager is standing crossing his arms talking about personal stuff to the employees at the back, instead of helping them for the orders.at the front, there are around 10people waiting. and instead of helping his employees be fast for the service, he is just chilling and joking.no sense of leadership, nor going for this "fast food" term service.

Ordered in the app twice , both times made me wait at least 20 minutes more even though i had ordered 30 minutes prior to the pick up time . Clients that were there in line received their orders before i did. What the point of ordering in advance if ill receive my food after everyone else.
