As others have stated, run by an older couple who seem nice. Very hole in the wall.I got there 15 minutes to closing and ordered a poutine. They took my order, but didn't offer any toppings (even after I'd asked) - just the standard cheese and sauce. It was affordable - I think 7CAD. Didn't see it on the menu.The poutine, however, was too salty. I avoided the sauce as much as possible and just ate the cheese and fries. I still could barely finish just that.People seem to love the burgers, but poutine is definitely not the move here.

Picks is operated by a lovely older couple out of a tiny, smokey storefront with three small tables inside. It epitomizes a hole-in-the-wall.The burger patty was cooked perfectly although was a tad overworked, it was elevated by a high quality roll and fresh, quality toppings.The poutine was generously topped with curds and a typical sauce, the fries were frozen but crisp, fluffy inside and seasoned well.I would definitely return in the future as I felt it was greater than the sum of it's parts.

Local spot with great food!I can't say more of the owners and the food they create. Burgers were great! Fries cooked to perfection. I am coming back for sure.If you are in the area, definitely give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

A small, quaint shop with two elderly running it.Their burger portion is big, and the buns are nice! Crispy and has a good chew.You’re able to customize the burger and what sauces you want! Don’t forget to add your veggie toppings that come with your burger. Surprisingly, you can add coleslaw.Their kimchi is also tasty and refreshing.
