The liquid portions are way too big. We would appreciate smaller formats! It is often long and there are no toilets accessible to the public. It's also not the joy of living in terms of orders versus decorating the place! It lacks cohesion! That said, the Bubble Teas are good.

I bought a mango smoothie, the waitress just added ice cream and coloring I think. Frankly the best Presotea is the one on McGill Street.I don't recommend presotea on jean heels, worst service and when you speak to them they pretend not to hear you.☹️☹️☹️

The bubble tea that I always order here was bitter and not tasty, although it should have been sour. The staff only heard what I was saying the second time; there was a rag on the table that they were cleaning and there was no parking lot nearby, even for 5 minutes. I'm upset

This place was a disappointment. Employees focused on Uber orders, leaving in-store customers waiting for hours. Our two drinks took an hour, and we had to ask for them. The staff seemed clueless, slow, and indifferent, offering no customer service. Avoid this place.

Veeeery long wait to receive my bubble tea... Not too sure why it takes 15 min to make a bubble tea when theres barely any costumers. The 4 employees laughing and talking behind the counter seemed to be having fun tho. Anywho, good bubble tea
Really like the cozy vibe at this Presotea location! I go there after work if they're are still open since I work late like almost same closing time as them to grab a boba tea for my husband but sometimes service can be really slow, maybe because they must be busy or something but it happen one time so far that I was waiting 20min before being able to order my drink to have them tell me that they're closed (but I did arrive way before their closing time) was bit saddened ???But beside that, their smoothie & the varieties of bubble tea is good ! Has nice topping choice and I always take for my partner the M1 (mango smoothie), that's his favorite!!I've tried several different from this location, here's some pictures below (I usually order for take out to bring at work or after work)
