For the first time I went to the Bercy restaurant, I was scared when I saw some reviews about the Manager! Plus I'm sometimes a mystery shopper, I had a mission there to write down! And frankly, RAS which means Nothing to Report! The welcome was warm! However, we were the only black people in the restaurant and I felt from the looks of certain customers as soon as we entered that they were not used to having customers from visible minorities! However, the neighborhood is very diverse! On the other hand, the restaurant, the staff, the waitress, frankly, they were great with us! I didn’t see the Manager speaking badly! Quite the contrary! Thank you to the cook in your kitchen and your time, for working to serve customers, Thank you too! It’s thanks to cooking that we go to restaurants. Thank you for being there! Frankly excellent restaurant service, clean, bright, well-appointed table and bench! I validate from reception to the bill! We will go back without the mystery shopper cap!

Great diner spot! Reasonable prices, nice portions (often have homemade desserts that are really yummy!) and incredibly friendly staff. The brunch there is pretty good too. Always enjoy my time when I go!

The restaurant is very important for the neighborhood, it offers simple, nourishing dishes at affordable prices in a neighborhood that is changing and losing many of its old restaurants. Unfortunately, we witnessed several scenes of serious verbal violence from the manager towards employees.

TRÈS TRÈS MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE ! Nous sommes allées au Bercy hier soir et le gérant (?) a commencé a crié de manière extrêmement violente sur un employé en cuisine. On entendait tout dans la salle ; tout le monde était en silence et personne n'osait parler. C'était insoutenable et ça a duré plusieurs minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'une cliente crie que c'était assez. Tous les clients étaient sous le choc. Le personnel est clairement très mal traité, voir en danger dans ce restaurant. J'espère que le gérant (?) va aller chercher de l'aide pour apprendre à gérer sa colère.
