We celebrated my husband's birthday there. It was our first time at Ermitage and it was the best discovery of the evening. The atmosphere and decorations of the restaurant transport you to another century. Gala, the host, accompanied us with advice and recommendations in our choices. She really pays attention to every little detail to give us a dream experience. We had beef bourguignon, lamb, filet mignon Rossini and quail flambé. Absolutely impeccable, not a word to complain about. For a small starter to share, the main course and a bottle of wine for four, we paid between $50-60 per person, which is a super decent price considering the freshness of the dishes prepared on the spot and at home. Our only regret is not being able to have dessert, but it will give us the opportunity to return.

I didn't have the opportunity to try Russian cuisine further. Overall I liked it except the dessert. The borscht is very good. Very courteous service and nice decor. I really liked the antique objects arranged, the frames and the simple fact of having a real candle on the table.
