The food is so tasty and the service is just wow. The owner is super friendly and beyond helpful. Worth the 30-40 min drive to get there.Food is always fresh and you all need to try the catfish.
I called to place an order for the soup. The sever was a bit rude on the phone and responding in a harsh way. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, but still had to wait extra time when I got there. Then paid 25$ for a soup that was not even filled to the middle of the bowl. I would advise anyone to save their money and go somewhere else.

Overall, all 3 of us loved it here. The entire portion was massive for the price. The waitress was polite, and the place looked clean. I appreciated the waitress still applying some covid-like preventive cleaning measures. The fish was not the actual macquerel I was expecting, but no big deal.

Every time I order the pepper soup my bowl is nearly empty and there is no stew, I finally brought it to their attention and they replied saying “this is how we make it” how can you be cheap with a soup…? the server was rude as well. Needless to say I will not be going back there anymore.

My friend and I were looking for something to eat tonight and found this place ! What a wonderful discovery! The place, the food,the music is sooooo goooood. I felt like I was in my native country I swear ! For people wanna discover or eat real EGUSI you need to go there !!!
