Great options and safe for celiac. They even brought out complimentary gluten free bread...that never happens...usually the celiac gets to just watch their partner eat delicious sourdough bread while they wait patiently.

After many recommendations for this restaurant as a celiac safe dining experience I brought three friends out to dinner with me last night (Feb 22nd). Unfortunately our experience was not great.The restaurant was completely empty and our waitress seemed overly annoyed with our glute-free questions. We got our pasta and everything was basically uncooked (very, very chewy), one of my friends had random other noodles in their dish & we all constantly had to ‘spit out’ hard chucks that were just not incorporated into the dish.Very disappointed, especially with the price. Would be much better off eating at home.

Have not had pasta in a very long time due to gluten intolerance. Found this hidden gem in old montreal. Fantastic ambiance & very good Italian food options. Music was great. Delicious food. As a celiac, there are not many options when it comes to eating in a restaurant, but at Quattro, they had numerous gluten-free dishes and all the waiters were considered about it.

Not sure what was better, the food, the service, or the atmosphere. Had the pleasure of having a Business group for dinner here and it was excellent. The food is true to its Italian roots and the service was impressive. Loved the whole vibe of the place. Best Veal Chop I have ever had and the Lemon Veal Scallopini was perfect as well. Definitely coming back.

Love that we found this restaurant on our trip. We were warmly created by the owner when we arrived. The restaurant was full and busy, but our waitress was attentive and all the staff had a great rhythm for how they worked together. Food was amazing and with a great bottle of wine made for a very nice date night.
