Excellent for breakfast and lunch - takeaway or stay in. They offer a wide selections of homemade bread, pastries, sandwiches, fruit, coffee and juice. All baked and prepared at the location.

Sorry but that place is overpriced! The sandwich was a bit dry and the matcha wasn’t very good.

Really great service. I had a dirty chai latte. It is really good but I could not taste the coffee. It is a really clean and comfy place, I would definitely come back!

Baked goods are fantastic. Staff could use some training courtesy and manners. I went one night with a coworker. They started saying we could eat upstairs but they will be closing upstairs soon. We decided to sit downstairs. Then they followed up by kicking everyone out 10-15 minutes before closing so they could close the shop.I will go pick up baked goods but I probably won't stay to avoid receiving the same pushy service.

The coffee is not it! I had a latte, I was drinking milk... I don't know where the coffee was. Also, it was 6 dollars for a small, whattt? Also, this rossetti has uncomfortable seating area. They should get proper tables and chairs, not stools for everyone.

I was a tourist in Montreal, and I tried their coffee. It was amazing, with a taste so similar to the coffee I usually enjoy in Italy (where I live, by the way). The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. They even had a second floor where you could enjoy your coffee with a view of the city center.

My recent shopping experience at Rosetti Montréal was disappointing, primarily due to their pricing and service. Firstly, the cost of their items was notably high, which in itself could be overlooked if the quality or uniqueness justified it. However, this was not the case, making their pricing appear unreasonable.Adding to this, the store imposes a 15% service charge. Normally, such a fee could be acceptable for exceptional service, but the service I received was far from commendable. The staff's lack of engagement and assistance made the entire experience underwhelming. Moreover, I noticed a concerning issue with their billing, especially when purchasing multiple items. On buying six or more items, there seemed to be an overcharge in taxes, which is not standard practice and quite puzzling. This not only adds to the already high cost but also raises questions about their billing transparency. In a vibrant city with numerous shopping options, it's crucial for stores like Rosetti Montréal to offer fair pricing and quality service to stand out. Unfortunately, in its current state, Rosetti Montréal falls short in these aspects. While I understand the desire to create a luxury shopping experience, it should not be at the expense of customer satisfaction and transparency. As it stands, I would hesitate to recommend Rosetti Montréal, considering the better value and service available elsewhere in the city.

Super fresh sandwiches with soft and delicious homemade bread. Pannetone was sublime. Coffee was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. We'll be back during our next visit to Montreal.

Good service and great ambiance! I ordered a green salad and hot chocolate, oat milk. The hot chocolat was good. The salad, disappointing, no dressing. I asked for more dressing, the lady at the cash told me I should go upstairs and ask the kitchen. They do not have dressing, neither balsamic, they only have oil. They said they put oil and salt&pepper.
