I have been going to this bakery for around fifteen years. We moved to the countryside 2 years ago and we continued to buy our Yule log, certain birthday cakes and cold pizza which is excellent. However, we've been disappointed a few times, so I don't think I'll go back. ?The cake and log we always have is the Ferrero Rocher. This year, it seems that the recipe has changed. The cake was a bit dry and pale brown, so not very chocolatey and less rich compared to what we are used to having. Quite disappointing. It wasn't bad, just a lot worse in our opinion. Is it the recipe that has changed? Or a failed batch of cake?Once we ordered a Ferrero cake too and we got a chocolate cake. The lady on the phone told me that the chocolate cake was also good... Honestly, that's not the point. As I mentioned before, we ALWAYS get the Ferrero Rocher because we found it delicious. We also ordered a log last year as usual, and we received a cake. Since it was my mother who went to get it, she didn't think to check. It doesn't matter, because it was excellent. Finally, about fifteen years ago, wedding cake, the flowers had to be fuchsia colors, we gave a sample. The flowers were lilac and very pale too. No connection lol we got $10 off... Once again, they tried to tell us "it's still very beautiful". It's been a long time, but it's still part of the reasons why we're going to move on now.

Une institution familiale dans le quartier. Produits de qualité faits sur place (pizza, gâteaux, pâtisseries etc…). Je recommande fortement!

The blond lady serving my mom and I was very rude. No smile just a plain attitude like she hates her job.

I don't understand the products are becoming more and more dry and not fresh at all. My grandmother and I couldn't go there. Too disappointed and I've been going there for 27 years goodbye.

I've been stopping to get my bread every morning for 8 years and today I was kicked out because they are too busy in the morning to serve customers and if I wanted bread to come back after 7:30 .....Thanks to Leo, Connie for the good service but the new ones who are here are not doing much....
