I've been a regular customer at Sansalizza since I came to Montreal in 2022. Both the owner and the staff are super friendly, courteous and welcoming. The company raised the prices 10 or 20% since the last time I was there, then the condescending old guy stared at me while the machine asked for a 15% tip, and that was even before he had made the food! It is a filthy fast food place, not a sit-down restaurant. Food was fine, not worth being nickel-and-dimed though.

I ordered a small french fry… it took 10 minutes for them to make it because they do not have a fryer, they have to bake it in the pizza oven. I ended up receiving about 15 french fries, it was less than half of the small bag, these people are thieves. Terrible service, terrible fries and the worst portion I have ever seen.

The poutine had really bad fries, they were super thin and had like no potato in them, they were really overcooked and hard to eat. Then the gravy was super salty and terrible. Really bad poutine.

We were so disappointed with the level of arrogance of the owner as well; no passion for the food or business.I'm just waiting for the owner's arrogant reply on that one and in denial of the restaurant's poor quality and service.
