I asked for thigh with ribs not cooked enough for the cold thigh and ribs, I asked for another plate and as a change, I had a thigh less cooked than the first and the ribs tasted like the old one, really disgusting, I'll never eat St HubertL

Ordinary service. I placed an order online for collection; once I arrived home, my meal was incomplete. I called the branch, but no apology was offered for the inconvenience. They quickly suggested that I come pick up my order, arguing that drivers don't do that.I managed to negotiate delivery to my home for the missing food within 30 minutes, which was respected to my great surprise, with the added bonus of dessert. I was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled, but I appreciate the attention given afterwards.

The worst St-Hubert that I have seen the “team leader” if we can really call him that does not wear any protection when preparing food, no gloves or hair protectors and we have seen it touch everything (checkouts, counter, door etc.) and the food too. No respect for customers. In addition, another employee came to join him to help him, however, he took the time to put on gloves before preparing the food, so well done to him. The team leader I would say that health and hygiene training would do him no harm.
