They gave me a number to call which was customer service and then customer service told me the store has to refund... lesson of story, don't waste your time with this location of

Avoid mobile order because it's gonna be a long wait, I tried before... Also, I was simply ordering a filter coffee and I had to wait in the long line for special coffee. Other place I have been, the cashier will help out to serve filter coffee. And last thing, my coffee was not even hot...

Severely understaffed to sustain the demand of the downtown business core and an embarrassment for a "reserve-type" premium location. Lines of customers waiting to be served, humongous parties of people waiting for their drinks... Only 3 people working.

Ridiculous wait times, regardless if you order on mobile 20 minutes before arrival. Incredibly understaffed and whatever staff is working, they're moving with no sense of urgency.

This is ridiculous, ordering a coffee is normally fast;But ever since the mobile order the wait times are insane.45mns for a latte!!!!! Thats insane and not acceptable.The staff is doing their best its just that the management decoded to enable the order ahead and this is when all started to deteriorate!!I used to be a starbucks lover, but now am reconsidering.
