The employees are very rude with the customer and make their own policy of offering three sauce only. I ordered through the application and they refused to give it. Avoid going to the store and ordering online.

I had the opposite experience here. Very clean, friendly staff, I ordered a large veg, and I never had to ask for more or any of the veggies. Owner was not rude, he was very friendly and answered all my questions , staff was knowledgeable, and I went during my lunch time on a Friday when it was very busy. I have to say, when a bathroom is clean as this one was, then you know the service and cleanliness of the place is absolutely a priority and I cannot say that about other Subways in the area.Vegetarian options: One of the best sandwiches I’ve had

So I ordered a sub here yesterday, owner was rude , when I asked for a Pepsi something to drink in between of my meal and I couldn’t figure out which way I can get the drink fill , first he spoke rudely to take the cup from the counter and then he spoke in a irritable manner in Hindi “Abeyyy yaar” and the tone was also rude! It was unprofessionalEventually I had to throw the drink as it spoiled my mood.

I must say I am extremely disappointed with the Victoria and Queen Mary location and i highly advise to avoid these locations if your dinning out for convenience. Thursday morning I had to bring my boyfriend to some medical appointments, for the first one he had to fast so I suggested we go to Subway for breakfast in between appointments. I checked online and see that the Victoria location opens at 8. I call the resto around 8:20 am to place an order and no one answered the phone, I go in person and it's closed. I figured we would have a few minutes to go to the Queen Mary location and again it's closed. At this point we just had to go and didn't have time to get something to eat. These locations don't seem to have the courtesy to update their hours online or even set up a voicemail indicating the store hours. I don't recommend Subway as a good option if your looking for something quick and convenient and we used to to to Subway regularly when on the road and needed something healthy and fast. This will be the last time I waste my time counting on Subway for nothing.

this is the only subway store that refuse to scan code from subway apps on my 2nd visit.even i tell them that it's validity of the promo is still at the nxt month.no points and discount allowed. i don't understand why they don't follow promotions of the offers in subway apps.also service is not that good enough . and i found other feedbacks that the crews are rude. now i believe them.
