After 4 years of supporting Nanami, this was officially my last order. I'm really sad to have to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. My last 2 experiences were deplorable: I pay for the “deluxe” menu and receive what looks like “classic”. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. 2h30 wait even though I live not even 5 minutes away and I was told 1h/1h30. Today I was fasting, I was so hungry that I had to go find food elsewhere. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but I would have preferred to have been warned. Plus when I call I hear the staff laughing and chatting among themselves and they leave me on hold. Not professional at all. If at least the 2 hour wait was worth it... for $42.50 I got California and almost ONLY salmon, even though I specified that I didn't want any. I know it’s the boss’s choice but after 4 years of loyalty it’s the least we can do to respect that. They were kind enough to give me soup and not charge me for delivery. Unfortunately it was of no use since all I care about is the quality of the sushi. Today I had fast food quality... really too bad

I ordered a bubletea, 1 taro and 1 matcha. Milk was very good and tasty, matcha was mixed well, (I pay attention to this because in other restaurants I've had situations when matcha wasn't mixed well and I caused bad taste at the end), BUT tapioka wasnt soft enough, probably they didnt cook it enough time, i hope next time they pay more attention to this.

By far my favorite place for pokebols!A wide variety of ingredients, a good mix of textures and sauces make them very satisfying dishes (especially the deluxe!)The service is very courteous and warm, you are served tea while waiting. The only problem I would say is lack of space (the place is a bit small). The prices are slightly higher than other franchises, but the dishes are well worth the price in my opinion!
