As a chef, I have never eaten such bad food in my 22 years of career. rice just like boiled green curry like flour batter and I was very hungry so I ate a little otherwise it was a waste of money. I should have seen the reviews here before ordering on doordash tonight. Worst Thai express is in 2024 paying full price to receive half of a Pad Thai with three pieces of chicken, quantity reduced but the price remains the same frankly anything I'm a student I was left hungry . I don't recommend.EDIT: even if you fill out their little form, you won't even receive an apology email. To avoid.

The young lady serving us was nice, but they indicate that they close at 10pm we were there at 8:40pm and they said they wouldn’t let us sit because they were closing. When i asked why it was indicated that it closes at 10pm then, she said yes but we have to clean (?????) so now i have to eat outside in the cold because their a** wrote some miss information.Don’t go in after 7pm or you’ll eat outside

Worst experience? i used to order from here. I was craving for friedrice i went there and placed an order for chicken friedrice and paid $16 . I heardly had 4 pieces in my order. As soon as i paid and stand for 40 seconds my order was ready so its not freshly made. I guess they have some very mild leftover or canceled order they just tossed in hot pan as i ordered medium spice so they just added some spice sauce without salt. Rice is bit hard. When its freshly made its always super heat with soft rice with some good sauce.Very disappointing i went there spending extra time after my work with soo much craving but left with high dissatisfaction. Also guy who take order is very less patience when we ask couple of questions. I can see that in his face and its not busy and i am not holding any line too. I am the only one there at that moment.Never going again to that place.

Worst Thai food we ever had. We didn't get sick from it but it was almost tasteless and the noodles were over cooked. Basically poor quality.

My pickup for food to go was slow. Bag with my food was right there but employee seemed confused and it took several minutes for him to realize that was my food.But that's minor. The big reason for my 1-star rating is my main dish, General Thai Pineapple, was the worst Thai food I've ever eaten. There was no pineapple in it, the coated beef wasn't good, and the sauce was awful.I also had imperial egg roll, which was okay but pretty small for $3 (only 1 roll).Finally I had mango salad, which was actually pretty good.
