They charge extra on whip cream on vanilla ice cap where other place don't and dont even fill up the whip cream, understaff, dirty and slow workers. Working with earpods and the one that works every satuday night have a temper. (I passed by maybe 1 or 2 a month and its always her) For sure nobody manage this place because they don't even update their hours on Google.

This Tim Horton is filthy and disgusting. I asked for the woman washroom. They would not open it as they say it was not working. Instead they told me to go in the men’s washroom which was absolutely filthy. I suspect the employees keep the women’s one to themselves. The menu seat was up, there was toilet paper all over the floor. The floor I couldn’t even guess when it was last cleaned up. If the food is treated the same way as the bathrooms, this place is a hard pass ?
Service is not good they are Close 10 pm but they are telling the customer go in out 9:10 9:20 and some Employee don’t Respect Customers .. I’m go there almost every day and Most of the time Washroom Close Very very Dirty,

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. The girl working there literally had her AirPods in on a phone call talking to someone not phased that customers were walking in. I was first in line, she saw us, continue her phone call but tried to call for her coworker in the back to come and take the order when she wasn’t successful with that she rolled her eyes at her coworker and came to take the order. Got my order wrong, when I asked her if she can remake it she literally said no at first and when I questioned her about it she told me that I would need to pay for it again. Time stamp Saturday dec 30 around 8pm for management to review the video.

worst tim hortons i ever visited. the staff members are so unproffessional, annoying and irritating. speaking in punjabi with using bad words in front of customers. never ever going to visit there again and will recommend my known people to not go there.

I came there to ask for the job vacancy and supervisor said I will let you know and he gave his number and told me to call him in the evening I called him and he said I’m busy now call me in the morning I call him in the morning he said call me another time and everytime I call he didn’t tell me like if there is no vacancy please tell me we don’t have any vanacy why you are wasting peoples time he told we do have vanacy in the beginning I think owner had no idea what’s going on in his tim hortons
