I went to your restaurant this morning. The toilets are repulsively dirty for both men and women. On the women's side, there was the door to the disabled toilet which was completely torn off and only leaning against the wall. As I went into the room, I hit myself against the door which swung. I got it in the face. I have a visible mark on my forehead. several centimeters. It is extremely dangerous. This is a place to avoid

Le personnel est super accommodant et gentil : mention spéciale à Mohamed et au monsieur s’occupant de la cuisson qui nous saluent à chaque visite. C’est un endroit très convivial et je le recommande vraiment !

Eclair chocolate without cream & the person at counter didn’t know about it..she denied…I didn’t check before otherwise didn’t buy that they should hire people who are atleast worth the job when i was at the counter both girls were gossiping in their mother tongue i called they said let us finish our gossip first… 6 years ago this time hortons was having classy employees I don’t know where they vanished or they have moved to star bucks

The person at the counter couldnt understand me and I didnt get what I ordered the way I ordered it. The person had problems speaking in english and couldn't speak french , i think she was from an Arabic decent. If here in Québec you cannot speak french or english please, do not take a job serving people at any restaurant or counter services anywhere.
