worst tim hortons in montreal. my chicken sandwich had a sad singular piece of chicken and the employee was too lazy to add more. go down the street to a different one! there is also no seating and door is super hard to open!!

I was in Montreal for a Billiards tournament and went for a quick coffee and some food in the morning as Tim Hortons is a fairly standard thing anywhere you go there was one person on shift lined up out the door for the entire weekend no planning no extra person and no nothing so to get a coffee and a sandwich was 35 minutes

Unfortunately, since there were 2 employees, the orders took a very long time. 1 person was looking after both the barista and the cash register, 1 person was in the kitchen, I felt sorry for them, I doubt the barista could make coffee because it would be more logical to say that I drank hot milk, their chocolate chip cookies were amazing.

Services in French very poor. The pastries are small compared to normal in other restaurants in the chain. Restricted space. Lack of diversity and promotional dishes. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

Not a recommended location - long lines and poor service. At one point during the 30 minutes wait, a staff member dropped a cup on the ground before serving the same cup to customers. Additionally, my order was missing items.
