Impeccable service. We only had an excellent bottle of white for the aperitif, but I would return.

An extraordinary culinary experience. We ate so well, I recommend it and I will return there with friends in the coming weeks for sure. The service was fast and impeccable. We loved the warm atmosphere and the natural decoration. My star of the day, the onion soup. Thanks again.

I loved my visit to Chez Vallier, we had a charming waitress…Jeanne who took great care of us. The meal... a real delight, everything was perfect. Onion soup, mushroom toast, tartare, beef cheek and the succulent homemade chocolate tart. The first time but not the last. ???

I love this place. We had a lovely waiter. He was so well trained and loved what he does. He is just terrific. I think he may have been French from his accent. We had lovely wine and lovely food...and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend it. Bravo!

Welcoming, cozy atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. You can tell they enjoy working there. Good wine selection, I enjoyed a Gamay. The soup of the day was a cream squash and was delicious. My entree was steak and frites, and was perfectly made. For dessert I had pudding chomer a maple pudding with cream, one of the best desserts that I have ever had.

The mushroom toast was so good. It was mushrooms in a rich creamy savory sauce over some killer toast. I wanted to lick the plate the sauce was so good. The calamari was also good too, not rubbery. The drinks were inventive but not weird. Both of our cocktails were delicious and did not survive long.

I was very happy with this place. I normally complain a lot about restaurants but this one I would return to. I had french onion soup, the mussels and split the lava cake. Drinks included their sparkling water.I wasn't happy with their choice of sparkling water, and found it saltier compared to other brands. No complaints on the french onion soup except that it felt like my soup never cooled down so I was continuously trying to discreetly blow my nose. I ended up stealing other tables napkins after using all the ones at ours. The mussels were good. The shape of the pot they came with was visually stunning but made it difficult for my first 20 mussels to access their both. I would have enjoyed bread to soak up the sauce but realized the couple in front of us asked for bread and the waiter brought some. Next time I'll ask. The lava cake was good. I prefer lava cakes that ooze out when cut in half instead of a cakier dough but the English cream was a nice addition that I will use at home. The decoration was great, music wasn't loud so you could hear your table mates. The lighting was cozy but lit enough to read the menu. And the waiters took extra time to explain the menu even though the restaurant was busy. I didn't feel rushed by them nor bothered too much. Will be returning and excited to see how their menu changes with the seasons.Vegetarian options: The table had the Halloumi salad. Thought the charred mandolin was a nice touch. We didn't see any vegan options. Check the menu ahead of time to see if they are offering something.
