This was our favorite bagel place when was on Monk Blvd. because we could walk to it. I put in an order on their website yesterday and it didn't come. After talking to the manager today, they delivered it to me free of charge, bagels were fresh and still hot. I cant go to the Lasalle location, but as long as delivery is an option I will be a customer. Great bagels, 12$ for 12 bagels is a fair price.

I really loved these bagels and I was sad when they moved to Lasalle. Went for a visit today to get a bag of 6 whole wheat and a bag of 6 all dressed bagels. When I arrived at the cash, it totalled to 18$. 9$ for half a dozen bagels is unacceptable. We use to pay 9$ for two half dozens of whole wheat. I don't have to pay for your move and your new industrial oven. Also, no more fire oven? It's a real shame.

Picked up and moved to the inaccessible suburbs without warning.Was a fan but I’m not going to subject myself to walking on a dangerous boulevard an hour away on foot for bagels. I’ll take the metro to St viateur instead, it’ll be faster.

First shop I stopped by on my staycation. Owner was rude to me, way to ruin my first day off from work. Also pricey, but not really an issue since it's what I would have paid for a bagel sandwich if I were on a real vacation. The lady who handed me my order was nice though, and the sandwich was pleasant and had very fresh ingredients.

I am a huge Fairmount fan and it took a lot to go into another bagel shop (shout out to Mtl Bagel in CSL, my one exception). I am trying to support local businesses and was told the bagels are quite good. Unfortunately I can't tell you how good the bagels are because I arrived a little later in the day and all the bagels were packed up. I only wanted a few, so they couldn't sell me them. But it was the way that the man treated me when I wasn't going to buy a dozen; Like I was some annoying child that wasted his time. Thats what made the experience a bad one. Personnel is as important as product!

Great bagels and great products in general! We especially love their pastries, they're always fresh and soft and have just the right amount of sweetest. Staff is really friendly, it seems like this place is a favorite with the locals. Would recommend!

Bagels lack flavour. The top bagels were fresh but the rest was hard. Probably older bagels as filler. Wish their prices were clearly posted for a dozen. They only post the price of dozen with cream cheese....lol probably won't come back.

I'll never know what these bagels taste like. Went in, grabbed a few things and went to the counter. The Woman behind the counter just leaves to go outside to pet a couple of dogs and chat with what I assume were her friends for 5 minutes while I stand there like an idiot, so I left. Great experience...

The man in charge is incredibly immature. If he decide to harass you, he will harass you every time he will see you. If you ask him to stop, he will, like a child, do it more often. Never buy from such a man.
