I saw another google review praising the stout braised beef, and had to try it. If I wasn't in a public setting, I would have licked the dish clean; the beef was tender, the brown sauce was delicious, and the mash and veg were cooked well! I ordered an old fashioned to accompany my dinner, which tend to be hit or miss depending on the establishment. These folks hit the mark. Wonderful dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, the staff are a pleasure to deal with, and I would encourage everyone considering a visit to take the plunge. I'll certainly be returning during my next stay in Montreal. Cheers!
