Although the beef was so well cooked and juicy that it did spill everywhere on the tray and almost on clothes, but it was delicious and amazing. Not too salty and well-textured onion rings, amazing Double Mozza and the sprite really helped to enjoy the meal. I also like that there's a sink near the station for straws, ketchup, trash, and drinks, to help keep cleanliness along with encouragement to wash your hands.Vegetarian options: There are options for both vegetarian and vegan diets!Dietary restrictions: Modification for orders are allowed and, when asked for, met!Parking: For the amount of people who visit, the parking spots are just the right amount, probably in-between 10 and 20

Horrible experience: I went to get a beyond meat burger, but the lady told me that the manager doesn't want to accept the coupon anymore. Of course they are allowed to refuse any coupon, but it's just annoying. So I went to Harvey's instead.

2 days ago ordered via the app 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 was free since the Blue Jays won a game. I was at home, left for the resto to pick up my sandwiches, it was 1:30 pm. Arrived at the resto in 5 min, so I sat near the doorway waiting for my order. After watching over 5 walk-in orders get placed and filled, I asked someone at the order counter about my meal, it was now close to 25 minutes after placing my order. The gentleman I spoke to quickly gave me a bag that was at the food counter, it was there a few minutes, I saw him bag my order while I was sitting and waiting. As I was leaving, I looked into the bag and the label on the order, they were 2 English muffin sandwiches, not what I ordered. I showed the gentleman I spoke to earlier my order on the app, he went back to the kitchen and quickly returned with what I had ordered. I asked if 1 of the sandwiches was a new sandwich, or had they just switched the bread, he said they had switched the bread. He then asked if I wanted a fresh sandwich, I said no since I didn't want to wait any longer. In the end, the sandwiches were good, not happy about the delayed response using the app and the error on the resto's side on my order.Do note, I had called earlier that morning and asked if the BOGO Egger promo was available all day (this was my 1st order with the app) the employee I spoke to told me several times he didn't understand what I was talking about, seems he wasn't / isn't aware of the ongoing Blue Jays promo.Parking: Very limited and small

Don't buy the breakfast to go. They slap everything in the box, and the eggs deep into the cardboard. I threw it out. In the pic, I just moved the toast and has onto the other side of the box. This scramble is supposed to be the 2 over easy eggs.

Visited this A&W for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Extremely clean inside and even gives you a place to wash your hands outside of the bathroom. Staff was friendly, food was super hot and fresh!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!I ordered my food at around 8:35pm, Monday. I paid for the meal, went to wash my hands and expected to sit down to enjoy it with my son. The worker came over and said my order can only be for take out. I went after him to ask why and what time the restaurant closes. He replied, "10pm. But it takes a long time for us to clean up. So!".What?! It's 8:30pm! I said no, I want to eat in.He just shrugged his shoulders and gestured No.How unreasonable!He should have told me before I ordered if I couldn't dine in.I demanded a refund and left the food which would have been so delicious!Just Principal.
Check the breakfast before you drive off. Asked for easy over eggs and they gave me an omlete. Kids need better
