My sister got some burgers at the one nearby my place for our Canadian Thanksgiving instead of having turkey like my mom and I had in submarine sandwiches which were very tasty as well. We all had a good time and the holiday too as a family plus had Dairy Queen for dessert too like a good blizzard as well and it was all tasty too. We had a good day too and had fun treating ourselves when we can or at the holidays which doesn't happen often to me sadly on a fixed income.Vegetarian options: Well they have veggie burgers and plant based ones but that is it.Parking: Near the restaurant but not sure the details for this.Kid-friendliness: Its a great family restaurant to dine with enough seating as well and very clean plus great service.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of room for wheelchair access but not a ramp too much to get in. The doors are automatic and easy for the handicap able.

Ordered via drive through. We felt that the gentlemen at the window was rude and gave attitude. We then decided to pick up Wendys instead of food at this A&W location… We used to order A&W food 2-3 times a week. We will find other fast food avenues going forward…

Don’t send any hate to the Staff or people working there. This is my personal review and to others who share the same experience.This Anw in Pierrefonds is pretty disappointing. All the staff look miserable, tired and lacking energy or passion.The place was full of lids on the floor near the soda machine and there was was one fruit fly and the area was messy.A lot of the mugs and trays were left in the back and not clean efficiently and quickly and not taken care off properly by clients and both employees. They need to fix that ASAP. Because it’s sad to see that here.The food was alright and decent but the place and the inside and service is what made me not want to be back.Their service was okay but they need to improve or fix that place. Most A&W’s I’ve been to are better but this one was is semi not the best.So for now I don’t want to eat at this establishment.
Absolutly filthy. Fruit flies everywhere. Sticky floors.I asked for fresh onion rings last time as they always seem to have been sitting around forever and cold before i get them.The guy behind the counter said sure no problem meanwhile i watched the guy in the back take onion rings ouf of the fryer basket that have been sitting there for at least 15-20 mins and give them too me.Pathetic.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. If you want to have food poisoning, go eat here. I was violently sick 10 minutes after eating there. I had to drive to the closest bathroom urgently.My son who ate with me did not get sick, so it was something I touched.Either the entrance doors, interact machine, napkin dispensers(covered in splatter) or the self-serve seasoning shaker. It's OBVIOUS the don't disinfect ANYTHING. Never going back.
