Terrible service. I had ordered some eclairs and was promised that they will be strawberries on top like advertised. When I got home, I opened the box and no strawberries. I contacted The pastry chef and he finally relies that the strawberries he received were not good. Ok so why didn’t you tell me when I picked them up? Or offered a discount? Horrible service when picking up also, me and others were made very uncomfortable by being asked to wait at the door and it was a long wait for something that was suppose to be ready for pickup. I’ll never go back and I strongly recommend that you don’t either

The past sunday I had the worst experience with a Pastry shop.I ordered a 6 person ricotta/pear cake and spoke with the chef Francesco.He quoted me a price. I offered more money, and asked him to make it extra special.He asked that I send him an etrsf since it was a custom cake…so I sent it right away.I was to pick up cake at 11:30 on sunday. I arrived at noon. The Pastry Chef told me the cake was not ready!To go back in 20 minutes. The cake got handed to me at 12:45. Not fun waiting! No apologies.Since I was rushing, I made the mistake of not verifying the cake.I got home and opened the box and was mortified!Here is why:The cake was tiny… size for 4 people!. He put it in a big box.the cake was lopsided and looked like it was frosted by a toddler.The juice of the pear was oozing and made a puddle.The happy Birthday Annabelle was done in white cream on a silver board… you couldn’t even see it.The happy Birthday annabelle was not professionally written… looked like a scribble.The annabelle was completely smeared because of how he closed the box. I had to wipe it off since it was not eligible.The cake was stale…The frosting was not whipped enough and had watery spots.It was a complete embarrassment to serve!I had asked him to make It extra special… paid more than he quoted me… and it was just awful!We hoped it tasted better that it looked… but it didn’t… we all tried one spoon full and we all gagged and went straight in garbage.I gave Francesco the chance to answer my concerns… I messaged him as I got home and sent him pictures. He did not respond. I messaged him again on Monday and asked for my money back… he did not respond, no apologies…just the worst service… I will NEVER order from him and caution anyone that wants a decent cake to NEVER order from him. I would give him a 0 star not only for the quality and presentation of the cake… but also for his customer service.

Ordered Zeppole and was very disappointed especially for the price. They were very oily. Very little filling. The shell was not fresh.

We ordered a cake a few years back, had no complaints. Decided to try them again for a custom cake and catered meal. VERY disappointed. Service went downhill. Seems like they now just rush everything out. The cake was nothing like I expressed. Again, they are just trying to bang out orders and are not paying attention to details. My order was missing the meatball tray. I ordered cod fish and got something else without even explaining to me the situation. I reached out and gave them the opportunity to correct the mistake, never heard back. Many people were waiting an hour for their order. The father and son are constantly bickering out loud about "not taking on so many orders." Just a very unprofessional situation. I always try to support local, but not this place anymore.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was in contact 13 days before my kid's birthday party. I chose the cake, the style etc and sent a deposit. I advised them that I would need to pick up the cake the day before since I live 1h away from the bakery, I wouldn't have time to go the day of. The day before they tell me the cake can be picked up from 12pm to 4pm. I was planning on going at noon. Then they said 3pm would be best. At 3pm as I was on my way, she tells me her staff didn't show up today and that the cake is not made, they close at 4pm and I'm 1h away. They ask me if they can deliver the morning of the party, I give them my address, they said "it's too far". I had 20 kids coming to my house the next day for my kid's party at 11am. I made that clear, that's why i needed to pick it up the day before.All in all, they totally disappointed my child and I had to run to find a plain cake at a local grocery last minute. I asked for my deposit back, still haven't received it. This whole ordeal was so stressful, totally unprofessional especially since I made the arrangements almost 2 weeks prior to my child's party. No apology, no remorse on their part. Unacceptable all around. ZERO STARS.

How do you buy things from this place? Ive gone in twice - you walk into the restaurant, nobody's there other than some people in the back that ignore you and are too far to hear you and nobody answered the phone when I tried calling while inside (figured I'd try calling to ask what to do). Ended up leaving because it's just so weird. Is the address wrong? I didn't see any pastries so I wasn't sure if it was the right place or if they were done selling for the day (went at noon on a Sunday).

We absolutely love this place! order in the morning, pick up after 1:30pm heat up for dinner. Every day they have a different daily family meal for 4 special. Ingredients are always fresh and flavourful so far our favourite is their Chicken Parmigiana and Penne Rosa. Could not recommend them more!

i scheduled a pick up order a day before for 2 MIXED boxes of canolis just incase things sell out and just to give the resto a heads up on the uber app. already paid and everything. At 1:20 it said it was ready. I arrive it’s not ready and waited around another 20 mins, which is fine mistakes happen. once i opened the box it was messy because they weren’t placed properly and they were all the same flavour (original). i called to ask why and they said they gave me what was left. if that’s the case, why not let me know in advance and also i had already paid a day ahead, pre ordered the boxes to ensure i get what i wanted. they knew mixed box of canolis were ordered for today so why not prioritize a paid customer and ensuring they get what they paid for. especially for holidays, it’s really disappointing to get something i hadn’t ordered especially trying to make sure it wouldn’t happen by ordering in advance. No apologies or heads up.

We order their take out meals bi-weekly! And they are the best!! Super value for money and the kids love them! Our favourite is the chicken Parmesan and the cannolis are out of this world.
