This is the second time we have visited this establishment. The first time we had a friendly and professional waitress. More experienced and it was evident in the service. This morning was a ruined family Saturday morning. 1. During the entire service we had the impression that we were not welcome. 2. The table near the coffee counter is too close to the noise produced by the comings and goings of the staff, for my part it had to be turned off, we were far from being peaceful. 3. As soon as we got back we were given this table and I asked for a table with a little more light. It was that or a table in the back near the kitchen. But very dry....4. The coffee cup had lipstick marks on it, but that happens elsewhere too sometimes. 5. Our young waitress took 1 minute to take our order, at 3 she seemed annoyed but took a good 5 minutes with the next table explaining everything about the menu and the gentleman spilled his drink she went to make again before changing our cup of coffee with lipstick...6. We asked for the invoice but we were not asked how many invoices. We are mom, dad and daughter. They bring us 3 invoices. Fine. I said smiling: oh you made 3 invoices? She answers: yeah! Without saying oh...I didn't really know. Are you correct or anything! 7. We got up to leave and said goodbye to the girl at reception... she heard but never responded. So for me it's a hostile place for immigrants. It's the service industry, if I pay $20 per person for lunch I don't want to feel discriminated against. It's never again for us.
