Ordered 2 combo plates and a kiddie meal. Next to no chicken and it was almost inedible. Mostly burnt pieces of chicken. I asked several times for the kiddie meal to be "just chicken and rice" they proceeded to give me a mini combo plate. Asked if I wanted garlic on it, said no. They put it anyways. Employee seemed mad that I was even ordering food. I love amirs, but I guess I'll be going to a different one. And not this one.

My last time getting food there is today. Third time in a row that the chicken is undercooked...this time it was COMPLETELY RAW, both shistaook titans were inedible and filled with uncooked chicken-skin, and the potatoes were very cold. Even though I was pumped to have an Amir close to home, I must say "farewell" because my garbage can is full of unfinished food.

Thé location is filthy place is completely empty no customers yet garbage all over the floors I’ve had many terrible experiences here in the past but this time has been the worst especially after I was trying to give them a chance I ordered a chicken pita and it’s the first time they do not ask me what I want inside the sandwich and just made it to their liking when I mentioned that I do not eat my sandwich all dressed the older bigger employee started giving me attitude and getting mad and told me there’s nothing he can do about it so I left with a 15$ trio that went straight into the garbage

I wanted to try three of the salads and said I'd be happy to pay extra for them and the guy was mad at me that I wasn't getting the salads that came with it and l. I repeated many times that I was happy to pay for it and that I wanted to try three of the salads but he just wouldn't let me have them.... He was very rude and annoyed with me even though I was happy to pay whatever extra they needed I just wanted to try what they made... Left feeling very uncomfortable and won't be going back
Tried this place and I don't regret it. Had the shawarma pita and awesome garlic potatoes. Finally people that know how it should taste. I recommend.

Pretty bad shish taouk pita unfortunately. Chicken was like boiled cold chicken that they chopped up instead of coming from the skewer.

There is no consistency. If you get them on a good day it's ok , if they are having a bad day, it all goes in the garbage . This is the third time in a row where we had to toss it all out . Really really bad this time . No more chances from me .

I recommend going to another Amir or Basha restaurant where they have more respect for customers. I am never stepping foot again at this location and I wish I had not supported them during the pandemic.
