This is my first negative review everFood was excellent, but the service was horrible.Do not go here before closing. Food was excellent, but needed waiting 25 minutes to pay. Even flagged down someone for a check and had to wait 13 minutes (yes I timed it bc I got annoyed) to receive said cheque even after I asked someone to bring it to me with a box. What infuriated me was watching the team focus on cleaning up. I could understand doing an item or two, but 25 minutes to wait to pay was too long. Really was tempted to just walk out and not what I wanted after a 4 hour flight.

The food was great as always but the service was awful. I got half a cup of coffee to start off with and never offered more after that, my friend had 1 glass of water with no refills, You'd almost think they were saving their water. After we got our food it was barely warm and wasn't even served by the waitress, she never came to ask if it was good and never offered refills for our drinks. We only saw her again when she asked us how we wanted to pay.I'd like to point out this isn't one that I've seen there before for the past 15 years I've been going so she may be new, but if that is the case they need to train her on waitresssing. As I said, food was great but service wasn't worth what I paid for my plate. Won't go back for a while now.

Chez Cora used to be my favorite breakfast place, but I stopped going there 10 years ago. Today, I gave it a second chance. Our waitress was really nice and with the restaurant being busy, she managed to give us a good service. As for the food, very disappointing. Coffee was cold, the refills were cold, potatoes were cold and burnt. The crepe was OK and the General Tao poutine was dry with no cheese on it. Now I know why I had stopped going there.

Service was long, since the waitress forgot about us, but she was super friendly and apologized afterwards. Otherwise it goes pretty quickly. We really liked the large portions of fruit (and meals) and the quality of the food. For the price it's very average with other lunch restaurants! If I come back to the area, I would definitely go to Cora for another lunch!

Good service .the restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible, but my food was not.I’msurre h this sounds weird but after my stroke I can’t use my left arm and hand. The Benedictine breakfast was almost impossible to eat with one working arm and hand. I couldn’t cut it with one hand, frustrating to say the least. I ttasted good after eating it with my onehandI’ll go back to try a more accessible meal next time

The way I was greeted by the server was great; I even considered giving a $50 tip because I was in a good mood. However, once she brought my food to me, which arrived quickly, she never returned to my table. I watched her serve others who came in after me and she checked on them several times while never checking on me as if I was invisible. The differential treatment made me feel like trash. My experience started great and quickly turned to one of the worst. I sat there with my hands on my head waiting and observing until I asked another staff for assistance. It was only then that the server came back over. I did not want to tip after witnessing how warm, friendly, and consistent she was with everyone except for me, and I did nothing wrong – I just so happen to be the only one who looked like me in the restaurant at the time. However, I did not want to reciprocate the negative experience although she more than deserved it.

Cynthia was polite and provided fantastic service. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. The food came quickly and our meals were delicious.

I cannot express how dissatisfied we are. The waitress had 0 knowledge how to manage her section. Hands should never be empty! My food was cold and when I made a comment they took it away and put my food in the microwave!! To be avoided at all

extreme bad service. no follow up on the food, food was cold, 35 minutes before getting served. asked for a new plate and served the same one instead out of the microwave. busy or not, these waiters never have their hands full and we pay the big price for on top of that.

Lately the service has gone down hill quite a bit. Even though the servers seem to be doing their best to keep the service fast and proper, the kitchen and management absolutely ruin the experience.Expect to wait roughly 1 hour or more for food and management does not seem to do much to keep their customers happy or give any compensation for the terrible experience.Keep in mind this was not unique to our table, everyone seemed unhappy with the service and experience on the Sunday we went.
