We got seated, the tables are very close together but it wasn’t uncomfortable.The waiter was very friendly but not overly. Came at the right time and didn’t bug us with annoying small talk.Overall the food was pretty good. Definitely “fast food” Italian but not bad. In other words the pasta isn’t made fresh and the sauces are standard. The crouton in the Caesar were bad, oily and not edible. But everything else was pretty good. We turned the plates of minced steak over to cook them further (from there to specify if you want medium, meaning without pink inside). “Yagel, interesting name, I bought by my curiosity , I chose the 4 pieces for the shape of half round with creamy cheese and fruit fillings, the older lady told me $3.50 each. Also I chose 4 pieces small ones with potatoes , mushrooms and pizza fillings , total cost me $20 more, but when I came back home to look at the recipe, and my bag, 4 pieces small were charged $5 I only had three. I doubt if I didn’t take my receipt from her, how I know she cheated me?“
“Well, I had to return my plate, la côte de bœuf was not up to your standard and unfortunatly not up to mine either. The entire meal was taken away and a new plate was served. But during that time my partner was eating hers. I have been a customer of the Keg since I lived in BC back in 1978 to 1987. So, a lot of money have been spend at your restaurant.
