I asked for a medium corn in a cup and I get a small one when I asked the guy he said sorry I’ll add some more for you so he made a new one then I think the manager or a lady who was there take it away from him start shouting at him and put it in the fridge and just made him give me that small oneI didn’t say nothing but I’ll never come back

I’ve never cared too much about bad service as long as food is good tbh but the girl’s attitude was absolutely horrible considering we barely said anything to her besides our order. Soft ice cream tastes the same anywhere so just go to any of those shops next door!

I’ve never cared too much about bad service as long as food is good tbh but the girl’s attitude was absolutely horrible considering we barely said anything to her besides our order. Soft ice cream tastes the same anywhere so just go to any of those shops next door!

What a wonderful experience! The woman behind the counter (I think her name is Lynne) was so courteous and kind...I felt like I was with a girlfriend, I cannot wait to go again (had The Montrealer, it was delicious)! I highly recommend this ice-cream shop!!!

Love love love this place! Seriously though, the options of deliciousness are endless!! Did you know you can make your own chocolate bars?! Or that they have donuts? Or vegan options? If it wasn't for the lovely lady behind the counter, my friend would have walked out empty handed (she's vegan!). She was so attentive, kind and helpful, that I would return to this location for her alone! Not sure if they read their reviews, but if so: Thanks again for your time and patience with us...we sincerely appreciate it!

At the best of times, the Diperie has very slow service. I mean. Very. Slow. But these days, it is absolutely ridiculous.Now that this ice cream shop offers Uber Eats and Door Dash service, they can simply not handle the few customers that do show up. Twice in the last week, I walk in to the store, and either no one is there to serve, or the people who are behind the counter don’t acknowledge me, let alone let me know how long it will take to get to me.It’s not like the place is ever packed, but the workers are busy filling online orders. When I asked if I was going to be served, I was told that they prioritize the online orders, and only then get to customers.The ice cream there is pretty good, but it’s not worth being treated like a nuisance for simply wanting to buy a couple of cones.There are plenty of other options in the village, and that’s where I will go.I think everyone would be better served if they simply close their storefront and just fulfill their online orders.
