Ordered in advance at 4:20pm today. 2nd time it happens. Puff balls are inconsistent in sizes. Some are tiny. This time less worse than the first incident. First incident happened in Dec 2022 with the white chocolate. Employees at the time said it was normal.

Ordered and my order was not processed in sequence - someone who ordered the same number (30) was given their puffs before me ( had to wait for an additional batch to be fried)Was short changed - less than 30 in the box - just by 2 however it’s the principle

Amazing desert for a gathering or special occasion. They melt in your mouth. I really recommend the chocolate hazelnut for the ones that like sweet, and the sugar and cinnamon!!
