We went to Nespresso at Fairview and the customer service was just wonderful. We were helped by two people: Arielle and Jennifer. We explained our issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They helped us pick our new machine and remained transparent in their answers for all of our questions. We left so happy with our new machine and they threw in extra coffee for us to try based on our likes. I have nothing but praise for Eliza at the Nespresso Boutique at Fairview. She was pleasant, polite and very helpful. When I was buying pods,I mentioned the problems I was having with my machine.She checked my file and told me it was still under warranty. I bought my machine back and she replaced it with a new one. I believe in giving credit, where credit is due. Thank you Eliza for being so attentive.

As s loyal customer of Nespresso for many years, I give 4 stars for the service there. Staff was not friendly at all. The person who served coffee bar did not even say hello or offer for help or look at me when I was waiting.
