Food lacking taste but ok. They advertise that cash tips are appreciated. We left 15 % cash tip and server was upset and somehow rude ! Seems it wasn’t enough for him .

FOOD POISONING BEAWARE!!This restaurant used to be my favourite place in the west island until my family and I got intense food poisoning and landed ourselves in the emergency room.It was the only thing we had eaten all day except for little snacks at home. I tried calling them to inform them and the manager never cared to call me back. What a disappointment! I thought that I could trust them with all sanitary food, but sadly it isn’t. I’ve never gotten sick that badly in my entire life and they should take care of their establishment if they want to stay in business.

I haven't been there in 4 or 5 years. In Pointe Claire Village. Always a nice atmosphere, fireplace, and in the summer you can take a lovely walk along the lakeshore by the water, and through the village. I had a Romana's pizza and some wine. Traditional, good, italian fare. Was very tasty. Good service, white tablecloths, all this makes a nice change, for a lunch destination.

(After writing this review, I read many others and wow it wasn’t just a bad night for us, its a reacuring situation with the same waiter even from a year ago! With NO manager onsite) Unfortunately definitely not what it used to be, sad to say. Still irritated from our lacklustre valentines dinner due to one waiter’s attitude which really changed the mood, bordeline rude, no “good evening” just a rushed attitude “did you reserve?? how many are you?? what’s your name?? You have to wait (20min)” Felt very rushed while ordering, was told we can’t order from regular menu (??) only the a la carte, (false) minestrone soup was basically a very salty cabbage tomato soup (no vegetables) the focaccia entree was forgotten & not served (now to think of it), portion/price was dissatisfied and table (first by the bar - way too big for 3) had no working light above it, had to ask for tea light candle & use phone to see menu. ? There’s more but yah..Really not what it used to be, was excited to take my family to one of my favourite restaurants (now ex) & left dissapointed.

The food was good!But our server messed up in one of the pasta sauces, he never came to see if everything was okay, disnt ask if we wanted anything else to drink.It took for ever to get the bill.I loved the food, but wouldnt recommend this place
