Lafleur on Hymus *****CHECK YOUR CHARGES*****Our family has been going to this restaurant for decades, never had an issue until now. When it was time to pay, my 90-year old father paid by debit card. The older man who took our order (Only halve of his shirt buttoned up) told us in a rude manner that the charge did not go through. When we questioned him, he grunted something.... We mentioned that it looked like the transaction had gone through because a receipt printed out. Another grunt --- and he then blamed us for taking the card out early. But again, we said a receipt printed out so the transaction probably went through. We checked the charges online and noticed three identical transactions had been charged to the card. The debit card was only inserted twice while we were in the restaurant, yet we were somehow charged three times.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE --- THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS IN THE FUTURE.

French guy at cash is a pos. Don't like your job? Go get another one. He's also racist and doesn't like speaking English. Poutine had almost no cheese and gravy the all dressed hot dog had the smallest amount of mustard on them. Lafleur Gouin is way better than this one. The cashier is the fat balding Frenchmen who wears a hair net worst human I've encountered in awhile.
The salubrity is questionable, the guy that work there all day touched the burgers and the hotdogs righta after using the mope and the tisssu cleaning he didnt even care to wash his hands?Wheelchair accessibility: I recommend to avoid this place, there is other Lafleur restaurant that has cleaner people.

You're going to the laf for 2 steamed with a root beer and a petate, let me have the pogo poutine alone.No nonsense there, your order is ready before you finish paying, no jokes.You come in, you order, you pay and after those 48 seconds, you grease your pipes.Go take a break afterwards, you digest.Anyone who doesn't like laf is a pagan.

If you’re looking for “Comfort Food” Lafleur’s Restaurants are the place to frequent. Hot Dogs served either steamed or toasted and garnished your way. Fresh Fries always and their Poutine (Fries with cheese curds & hot gravy) are outstanding. There are some Vegan selections available. The lunchtime line always moves quickly as there are always plenty of staff to serve. Take Out is a breeze!Vegetarian options: I believe there are Vegan Hot Dogs & Burgers but check the menu.Parking: Large enough parking lot to even accompany truck drivers with their Semi’s & Trailers. Never a problem to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Kids love eating here … with their fingers ?

First time trying out this restaurant and I must say the food quality and price is better than La Belle Province! Loved the hotdog, hamburger, fries and pepsi! Very friendly staff too, assisting customers with a visual impairment. The lady helped us to the table, made sure we have all our food and drinks, as well as coming back every once in a while to check on us. The guy taking orders behind the counter saw us exiting the restaurant and was so kind to tell the lady that one of us forgot our canes where we were sitting, and she brings it to us.
