less salt on the potato mash I'm not at mcdonalds. the new staff should take showers before going to work. give fresh coffee. used to go every weekend spoke to them many times about the salt on potatoes quietly out of respect nothing was done it kept happening....you could see the salt at a glance . so decided to to try the salad. that was a costly mistake. Didn't do that again. new staff came in had to hold your breath when they came to the table. we must be a Glutten for punishment we still kept going. then my husband was given syrupy coffee bottom of the kettle. while we watched the workers serve themselves a fresh pot and to top it off they brought us the wrong order and made us feel like it was our fault. That was it never again. would not recommend at all used to be my favorite spot. was just a few steps from my condo will drive now to get better service and staff that take showers.

A gem in the West Island, with an authentic old school diner vibe and absolutely bangin comfort food. Not your gentrified instagram resto the Deli is bringing that laid back Montreal grit with a real community where you wanna be a regular. BEST BRUNCH, I'm a huge fan of the avo egger with crisped to perfection sweet potato fries. DELI AFTER DARK burgers and trivia night for the win, get the fries supreme ? ?? Hot tip: Ask for the spicy maple syrup, it goes good on everything!Vegetarian options: Meatless burger optionsKid-friendliness: Cutest Deli kids around, one lil one was giving out hugs

This is a a great spot for a dinner out. The food was delicious, fun atmosphere, great music, and the waiter was super helpful and friendly. We had the buffalo chicken burger, dry rub wings, cheese fries. Everything was delicious, prices were reasonable, and the cocktails weren’t bad either. We knew that the brunch is amazing, but had no idea that they also served dinner. We will definitely be back.

Won't recommend it anymore..use to be a five star , ate there for a little more than a year every Saturday or Sunday, nothing I hate more is to be served a cup of coffee from the bottom of the pot while the staff drinks the freshly brewed pot..

I was there for a brunch with a friend of mine after a training session. After 20 minutes of waiting for the server to come to our table to take our order, we decided not wait any further and left without placing our order. Later on my friend writes up a small review about our experience hoping to notify the owners to may be pay more attention to the concern. However, what truly soured us was the way the “Deli” handled his feedback with dismissive and defensive response that failed to address the issue at hand.my friend’s review : We didn't even get to try the food because the service was taking too long. I think they are understaffed, we were there for about 20 minutes and nobody had taken our order.“restaurants reply: yes we had staff that had to leave due to sickness and you were here maybe a little over 10 mins on a busy bruch day. in the feture if you are in a rush you may want to communicate that with your server instead of storming out try being a human thanks for your patience and consideration”While I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as staff sickness can impact service levels, I must express my disappointment with your characterization of our experience. I assure you that my intention was not to “storm out” but rather to express my concern over the lack of attention and service during our visit. As a customer, it is reasonable to expect timely service, especially during peak hours. While I appreciate your suggestion to communicate time constraints with my server, I believe it is equally important for the restaurant to ensure efficient and attentive service to all patrons, regardless of their timeframe.Your response comes across as dismissive and condescending, and I hope you understand that it does not reflect well on the professionalism of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve your service standards.
