Additionally, as a person with severe food allergies, who is used to having to stick to salad and a piece of fruit, I asked them to make sure there would be one thing on the menu that I could eat. They responded by telling me that they would make a separate order for me to ensure that there was no cross-contamination in any way. I was still a bit sceptical because I've had this said to me in the past by other caterers, only to be hit with a severe reaction. They were always there ready, setting up the meals ahead of time to ensure that we were able to keep to our day's program. we ordered buffet style and everything was prepared freshly that morning, it was easy to tell . I also need to mention that we had two large salads, both fresh and full of flavor, which is not always easy to do in December. A variety of very tasty sandwiches as attested by people getting up to serve themselves more than once. Dessert was a fantastic cheese plate and a huge bowl of fruit salad. Now when I say fruit salad, I don't just mean a few apples and orange and banana slices. We are talking melons, strawberries, and blueberries, mangoes, all fresh and juicy. People serve themselves two and three times over as the food was very generously portioned. For myself, I'm very happy to report zero reactions and my main meal, a salmon salad, which was a large freshly cooked piece of salmon on top of a fresh salad was delicious. Well done sel&poivre!

A real hidden gem ? !Good to know: this restaurant is also offering meal prep. We ordered their Menu to take away, and it was delicious ! We had the veggie eggplant ? with garlic sauce, delicious and so tender. We also had butter chicken and chicken teriyaki, soo tasty, and the mashed potatoes were awesome!!It was not our first try, we already had their crunchy fried shrimps and their salads another time that I highly recommend, soo good!Also, very affordable prices for a great quality.As mentioned in other reviews, it's located in a commercial building, it's ? worth to look for it!!

Was looking for something clean to eat late at night, and found this little place. Staff was very kind and the food was delicious! We got the chicken bowl and the tuna salad, both were presented nicely with plenty of meat and fresh veggies. And for the first time in a while, it did not trigger any IBS symptoms at all!Reminders for people to actually go into the building and also, need to go via the back entrance after 3:30 pm or something. It is a bit hard to find since it's a commercial building and they are not allowed to put signs outside, but 100% worth it!

Convienent location in central West Island for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Located inside building but delivery or eat in also available. Had one of the best salads with homemade dressing that I have ever had! Owner is so accommodating. I sometimes go out of my way to pick up some catered meals for dinner or for during the week that are offered because they are reasonably priced and always very fresh. There are daily specials as well. If you are a visitor to our beautiful City, check this place out and enjoy your stay!
