Bagels as usual are awesome! And I've been buying bagels there forever.However, it would be nice if they smiled a little instead of looking like they hate their jobs. I asked for warm, hot off the belt plain bagels, as I have diverticulitis. It was like I was asking for something way out there.I give 5 stars for the bagels, and two stars for reception.

Not really sure what the hype is about. Tried smoked meat bagel, it was average. I thought i made the wrong choice so i decided to try another one and i went for the joe bagel, it had no taste at all, the bagels are thin and inbalanced. Prices are way too high as well. Not really impressed, first time last time.
