I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks but this Starbucks is one of the best ones I’ve gone so far. The staff seems to really enjoy their work and their customer service is excellent. I always think the coffee is overpriced but this Starbucks makes it worth it. Their coffee taste always the best! I love their little stickers too! So happy to have found my favorite Starbucks near my work ?

We've been here a few times. Good location. Staff and service is good. The beverages are well made. The service is really bad and thats when it's actually open. I've been there 4 times in the last month and all 4 times, without exception, it was closed. The drive was open but not the lobby. I don't understand why is it closed while there's literally no cars, it was empty, with a lot of employees. Once I came 1h before the closing ( that is registered on google ) and the doors were blocked but there was a bunch of girls laughing and drinking at a table, that I supposed were employees.And when is it open, they are rude and take a lifetime to make a drink. I don't know what's up with this place and this staff but someone have to do something. Because in all of the others starbucks, as close as the ones at the clinic or fairview, the staff where actually polite and did something.The only thing I can see is teenagers who want to be paid for doing nothing.At this point I don't even expect courtesy or fast service, but just service.

This branch is in a medical center which is always busy! I arrived wasn't busy like I expected but the service was really bad! They don't have access to the application because it's a franchise that's okay but why she served me the espresso in a huge cup!!! They didn't refill my Starbucks card at Starbucks Kirkland, so had to pay. Too many people using the free wifi....so hard to find a seat for my grandsonKid-friendliness: Too many students and hangers-around people to get seating

About 1 month ago, I received a complimentary card w $4 on it from the girl who served me because order was made wrong...as an apology. Nice, right?!Much to my surprise when I went to use that card last wk at another location I was told it wasn't activated. Real nice. What, she just handed me a card without activating it?? Not nice!!

If you're in the mood for a quick caffeine fix, Starbucks is the place to go. The coffee is always fresh and made to order, and there's a huge variety of flavors to choose from. The baristas are always friendly and happy to help, making the experience that much better. There's also a great selection of food if you're looking for a snack to go with your coffee. All in all, Starbucks is a great place to get your coffee fix.
