I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service we received owner Mr. Ming personally greets and attends to all customer needs. I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.

It is our second visit to this new sushi place. The food is fresh, the freshest I had for a à volonté sushi restaurant. The toilets are clean, the tables are clean, the service is wonderful. The sashimi melts in your mouth, the items that are hot are the hottest we had brought to our table we did not expect it so we were cought off gaurd....usually are luke warm and we have tied many... It is not like the previous sushi St-Jean which we did not like. Sushi Hin is now our favorite place. Hope you enjoy it as well!

We went to the new sushi Hin restaurant. Few days ago, we met the owner and he offered us 50% off if we came back to eat here. When we came back 2 days ago, we asked the staff to confirm that we can get a 50% discount and he said yes. However, when we were getting our bill, the waiter gave us the full amount and when we asked about the discount again, he said that it was only 15% and that they never give more than that. This was very misleading of their part as we would have never came to eat here if it was not for the discount. Ended up still paying 45$ each, with the 15% discount!

The sushi was pretty decent for a new sushi spot, though I did prefer the old sushi st jean. The menu also didn't have a bunch of variety and some of my favorite foods were sadly not on the menu anymore. The service was mediocre. The boss was super friendly but one of the waiters seemed as though he wanted us to eat quickly so we could get out. Though I am going to give it 4 stars because it's a new restaurant and there is potential for developpment.
