We really enjoyed ourselves and our waiter was outstanding, I don't remember his name but he was definitely one of the best waiters we've had at the keg or anywhere else. I make it a point of coming to the Keg at least 3 to 4 times per month and will continue to do so.

This restaurant food quality has gone down hill. Prime Rib was thin and overcooked. The place was very crowded with very little space between tables. Suggest much better steak houses in the West Island for far better price. Too bad used to be a fantastic restaurant in quality standards of most of the Keg chain. This one is on the bottom of the scale. Sadly I would no longer recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our time at the Keg, as usual. Marina is so attentive & welcoming & Anthony, the waiter was excellent. Thank you for providing a secure environment for my celiac issues.

We had a problem with one of our meals, and the manager Marina went out of her way to make things right.

i had written a request when i reserved online, but it obviously wasn't read as the waiter was unaware of the feature and my request, but he did well to fulfil it as we ordered. the end cut was offered as med but was more med/well, good for me but not as much for my companion, as we shared. nevertheless it was excellant and we were both very pleased. the blackened chicken didnt look like blackened chicken i've eaten at other places, it wasn't black, nevertheless it was quite tasty and juicy. the twice baked was very good. the cheescake was good, but overpriced, but i'm not crazy about cheesecake, it's not my favourite desert. coffee was good. best of all was service, i can be a pain sometimes, but franchesco, our waiter took it in stride, kibbitzed with us and gave us an excellent experience. a la prochaine C

Well this is the third time we've tried to order for pick up/take out on Saturday night at 5pm ( still early before the big rush )and have been told each time there could not accommodate us. This is disappointing for an establishment like the Keg. The Keg should rewrite their menu and tell customers that take out is limited abd not always available. All I can say the Keg has lost out on 4 person dinner sale each time. We ordered from another competitors steakhouse without an issue. The Keg's loss became someone else's gain.

I love this place, it has a great atmosphere, all great service and the food is always top notch. The bar side is my preferred spot to eat.If you have never been you need to try it.If you have you know that you will agree with me. Great West Island gathering spot.

While the website says the table is for 2 hours, there really wasn't anyone waiting for a table while we were there. The meal was very rushed. They asked for our choice even before we had a chance to look over the wine list and get the wine. The whole experience felt very rushed and I was not happy with that. So even if the food and wine were great, it just felt like they wanted us to eat and leave.

Keg really nailed the formula for a consistent and enjoyable dining experience in the West Island. I've been to the one in PVM as well and the Pointe-Claire one so far is near identical in terms of service level and food quality. Dined at the Keg probably over a dozen times or so and I've only had two past incidents so far that were not satisfactory. First was a waiter that never came to take the order (I have never seen him since), and second was being told they were running low on Prime Rib and then reported back that they actually have one (clearly a bad sign in retrospect) only to be served with a sliced-in-half horizontal cut. Imagine a half-inch Prime Rib. Should have complained but the night was too pleasant to be ruined so chose to ignore it; obviously not forgotten. Other than these outliers, it was consistently excellent, the very best steakhouse in the West Island.

The dinner was good. My husband loved his filet mignon. Sirloin steak was okay. The vegetables need more attention. The broccoli didn't present well on the plate. Wine was served late so we were 1/3 through our dinner when we got it. A very loud table was seated next to us. That sort of group should have been seated in the bar, not the dining room.

The experience was the best I have ever seen. Waiter was very nice (Marty). The New York sirloin was perfectly cooked to a wonderful, medium rare juicy and delicious. Calamari to die for. Wine delicious. Cake on the house to die for as well.

It's the Keg! That says it all. Filet Mignon is out of this world ?
