I've been going a few times on week days, before 7am. Each time, the two ladies that work that shift offered an excellent service. They work in a timely manner and the food is always good. It's still a Tim Hortons so the ambiance is...meh, but we don't take enough time to acknowledge good service when we can.

Still missing a few things on orders. I even called and the employee barely cooperated plus the manager never wanted to pick up the phone but rather preferred to tell the employee what to answer me.... worse tim or I summer and also order.

This place is disgusting.. I will be making a complaint and bringing it to the news. They serve old food and eggs left out all night. And I have pictures and video evidence. The bathrooms are never cleaned neither is the showcase. The floors are disgusting. I have all this proof that I will be taking to the news. I just had to hire a lawyer first to make sure I was good to go and I didn't sign anything so I'm good to go. Please please please move with caution when ordering from here this place should absolutely be ashamed of itself for its attitude towards customers.and for the way the place is handled I pray to God the tim hortons takes the right steps to correct this location. The front door is broken as well for over 2 months now.
