Probably my biggest surprise and my new favorite microbrewery of 2023.A magnificent place with attentive service and who knows their products and knows how to describe them well, I really appreciated the beers on the line that day and I must admit that for a "young" brewery the products I tried were m were greatly impressed, it's rare that I get excited about new brewing establishments that I visit but Herman is probably my greatest surprise since the opening of Maltstrom in Lanaudière...read full review
