We had a very good experience here. The food was quite good, the service was friendly, and the space was relatively attractive. I recommend this place, with caveats.Perhaps I set my expectations too high. For the price point, everything should be flawless. If you are travelling to Quebec City and want the absolute best dining experience this is your restaurant. ARVI is fine dining at its best, without pretence , with locally sourced food and wines. ARVI service provides an understanding of Quebec’s food scene like no other. There is a reason this restaurant has such a high rating.

This restaurant is a unique experience. The kitchen is in the middle where everyone can watch what goes on. All the staff does all the jobs. It’s fascinating. It’s clear they love what they do. The fanatical attention to detail is amazing and the food shines through because of it. The food is sublime. Every course is a revelation for the taste buds. Do yourself a favor and do NOT miss ARVI when in Quebec!!
