OMG... the worst Asian food I happen to eat. For 65$, you get chicken in liquid sauce, boiled frozen vegetable, and small rice portion aka general tao. In Montreal this restaurant would bankrupt after few months. Maybe in Quebec City it deserves its 4 stars, who know. By the way the vegetable noodle are ramens with the same boiled vegetable in a liquid sauce also.
