We saw the waitress only once, when she took our order. Never had a coffee stove or came to see us if everything was okay...When we received our order, my smoked salmon was cooked because it had spent time under the stove, the fruit was hot and soft for the same reason.To get the bill, we had to get up and despite that we waited.So, it wasn’t great!!

Normally a pancake is soft, it was legit burn and crispy in the middle.ServiceWaitress didn't bring us drink until we receive plates. When we received our plates, one plate was the wrong one. The other plate, they forgot the meats. She bring back the correct plate and the meats, but the meats were still incorrect.Service was fast but the waitress didn't come to check if everything was alright before we're done with 3/4 of the meal. I didn't leave tips and she got angry about it, I told her about the error in my order, and she argued it was the menu and I was wrong.(I double checked in the car, didn't want to argue in the restaurant and make a scene).AtmosphereIt was alright.I eat quite regularly to Ben & Flo, and this restaurant in particular doesn't reflect the quality of service I had in others.

4th time at this restaurant. We went for lunch last Saturday and what a disappointment. We loved this restaurant for the fast and courteous service and the warmth of the food when it arrived at the table. Last week, nothing too complicated, an egg turned sausage and white bread. My egg was not hot at all and was snotty, I didn't touch anything else and I informed the waitress who left with my plate. My plate comes back, I take a bite of sausages, funny texture, I take a second to realize that they were not cooked inside, not to mention the toasts which were cold with a thick layer of margarine not penetrated . The waitress did her job, she offered to redo my plate but my appetite was gone given the situation, she took $4.00 off our bill. We thought we had found a good lunch restaurant but no.... It's sad

This type of restaurant is fairly common in the area. Unfortunately, this is not one of the better ones. The hollandaise was not as fresh tasting as others. The burger, while not a typical breakfast item, was particularly disappointing.

I would put 0 stars, we are told to show up in person to order takeout. Online it doesn't work. We introduce ourselves, we wait and ask the waiter. We are left in a corner. Another waitress tells us to wait until she finds another waitress. The response from the other waitress, I really don't have time right now. Really ordinary, we are told to wait the waiters look at us and continue their things. Obviously, we left.
