Benny's l'Ormière in Quebec Thursday March 21 - ordered online, I go to the counter to collect my order. In addition to feeling unwelcome, I am asked what name and I am told 'I have nothing to do with that name'. I ask if I am at the Ormière restaurant and if it is 6:45 p.m. Answer: yes but I have nothing to that name. I am then asked for my phone number. Miracle! Order traced. And the employee told me: you put that in the name of Jean-François. OK, that’s my first name (all the nonsense was going through my head but I kept smiling so as not to have anyone spit in my chicken in the kitchen). Horrible experience. Quickly, a robotic system for picking and send this person to rest!

J'ai commandé une poutine blanche régulière au service à l'auto ce midi. Facture #262215. Elle était délicieuse, mais j'ai entendu 9,55$ au lieu de 19,55$ avant d'avancer à la fenêtre et j'ai demandé les formats de poutine pour m'assurer que j'avais bien choisi. La préposée aux commandes m'a répondu et m'a indiqué qu'il était trop tard pour changer si c'était mon intention puisque la commande était déja envoyée aux cuisines. J'étais pressé et j'avais choisi le bon format, mais j'étais tenté d'annuler et quitter. Habituellement je laisse 2,45$ de pourboire, mais cette fois je n'ai rien laissé. Si c'est aussi difficile pour vos employés d'annuler une commande, veuillez remédier à cela svp. Sinon, ce serait dans votre intérêt d'aviser votre personnel qu'une commande n'est pas complétée avant le paiement. Merci

Service de livraison absolument atroce (quart de soir, dimanche 11 février 2024). Une heure et demie d'attente, toujours pas de livraison. Nouvel appel, disent que le livreur a appelé mais ils ont placé la commande à une autre nom. Aucune excuse de la personne ''responsable'' sur place, ton arrogant, tente de faire porter le blâme sur le client, etc. Une succursale TRÈS mal gérée.

Yesterday, Saturday, there were a lot of people on Ormiere Boulevard! Let's say they were wrong. I like to have a poutine that isn't dripping. I had it changed. Apart from that my brisket was very good and the coffee too. A little expensive though $$

I ate there and had the Benny et co poutine with brown chicken. $15 for a medium and it was very filling. The poutine was good. On the other hand, the sauce is good but not excellent. We only waited 5-8 minutes before our meal was ready. Drink in fountain at will.

I went to get myself a salad of the moment. It must have contained edamame like the photo and description and it didn't. I arrived home and I didn't have any. I called and was told they didn't have any. I told him I ate one in Beauport last weekend and there was some. Ha ok well I'll tell them to put some on. So I had to do without it and yet I paid for it. Very very very disappointed. Check your boxes before leaving the restaurant. Finally, the manager called me to apologize for the mistake. So we give it a chance. Thank you. Finally I went back, imagine, they forgot the edamame again, I had to turn around.
