Wow! It was a great experience. The dishes were delicious. If you are a good eater like me you will be satisfied by adding a starter and a dessert. Either way, they are a hit! Thank you Felix you got meSaved yesterday with my reservation on the wrong date :S

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the kitchen is open concept. The service is impeccable, however for the price we were disappointed by the dishes which unfortunately lacked flavor.

We had the tasting menu with food and wine pairing. The dishes were delicious (big favorite for the foie gras terrine and the sweetbreads). The service was impeccable!

We ate as a couple at Bistro B for dinner. Excellent service, we had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. and we stayed there chatting past 11:00 p.m. without ever feeling rushed to leave (without having to consume alcohol until the end). The atmosphere and the service as well as the hospitality were greatly appreciated. The small downside was the food. Let's say that we were not charmed and we expected more. As a starter, we had the scallops and leek. The scallops were well cooked, the sauce very good, but the piece of soft pancetta on top did not add to the dish's benefit. Perhaps there was a small addition missing from the plate such as a vegetable. As for the leek, the incredible quantity of goat's cheese unfortunately meant that we only tasted that. The leek and crumble were difficult to taste...For main dishes, our favorite is the arctic char with eggplant and romesco sauce. Delicious sauce, fish slightly overcooked but with the accompaniments it was hardly noticeable. The portion of fish was nice but I would have expected a full plate (e.g. addition of a starch...). As for the other dish, the duck breast, it was unfortunately very hard and difficult to chew. Once again, the appearance of a starter and not a main course. In short, the experience was pleasant, no regrets from the evening. But for the food and price, I wouldn't necessarily go back if you want a bistro experience.

Friday evening, 7:30 p.m.: $21 for a scallop starter, and I receive a plate containing... TWO small scallops (??) bathed in sauce. Completely ridiculous. As a main course, a small piece of duck breast. You walk out with a bill of over $100, still hungry.

We were really disappointed! The food was good but let’s talk about the quantities on the plate!AStarter at $22 with two small scallops… we rolled our eyes when they served us!!!It’s more of an appetizer than a starter! The duck breast was very good but we had to have a quarter of a breast, with two spoons of beetroot as an “accompaniment”.$39 per plate ?Bread and butter is chargedSo a glass of alcohol with a so-called starter and duck, $85. Believe me, we laughed….

We went last night, February 8, 2024. Five people. The food is delicious and the service is very pleasant. Very smiling and kind waitress. I would like the music to be lower but that's my problem. The onion soup and the beef are worth trying. Everything has been great. THANKS!

Good, tasty but I wouldn't go so far as to say tasty. Eat before you go because you will be hungry when you come out. Small portions.Dietary restrictions: Nothing to add.

Excellent service with nice little touches. Cuisine in full view. What a great way to treat yourself with the discovery menu. Nice wine list. I will definitely return.
