Un beau petit resto-bar à vin. Belle sélection de vins au verre. La carte du restaurant est réduite et optimisée pour utiliser les mêmes ingrédients de plusieurs façons différentes. Mon assiette de charcuterie était fort satisfaisante, et mon vis-à-vis a adoré sa guedille au homard, qui n'est pas sur le menu permanent mais seulement en saison. Service très sympathique. Ambiance Vieux-Québec, avec les murs en pierre. Un petit peu frisquet à notre arrivée, mais la serveuse a rapidement monté le chauffage.

Stopped in for a beer on a mid afternoon weekday in February. Beautiful stone walls, it is like you are entering a cave. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of local craft beers. Very friendly staff. We didn't have anything to eat but did admire the small cooking area. Wow!

My wife and I had two dishes. Sea food chowder and Chili . Both were some of the best we have ever eaten. Highly recommend here at Papa George’s in Quebec City.
