I visited on a Monday evening because Google had great ratings and it showed that the restaurant was open. I showed up wondering how the heck is this restaurant open because no one was parked in the lot. Sure enough when I walked up to the front door I wasn’t able to open it because the restaurant was in fact closed. So I went and found another restaurant. I found the courage to return the following day and I’m so glad that I did. I made a reservation from Google for one person, and upon entering I was offered to place at the bar. it’s a very cosy and intimate restaurant, and I eventually made friends with the people sitting beside me. One of them was a regular, and he highly recommended the duck breast.. since it was my first time, they suggested that I tried the combo plate because then you can taste a little bit of everything. So I ordered the combo and had the sweet potato as my side.. oh my God the meal was delicious. The sweet potato top with mascarpone was heavenly. They have a few varieties of beers on top. Otherwise they have a full bar and really knowledgable bartenders. The Ian side was really great. The smell was out of a smoky barbeque hut. Actually when I got back to the hotel afterwards, I could smell campfire and it took me a really long time to figure out that I was the one who smelled like a campfire ha ha.Despite the slight mishap of that they were open on Monday I was very happy with my experience, and would highly recommend anyone to this place who likes bbq!
Je partage l’avis de la majorité des commentaires exprimés ici. Le service est impeccable, les plats très bons. Quelques trucs tout de même nous on laissé disons, perplexe? Le confort douteux, moi par exemple, j’avais une chaise branlante. La qualité du mobilier fait un peu dure, digne d’un casse-croûte. Pas en lien avec la classe à laquelle on s’attend vu les prix assez élevés. On a passé un bon et (pour nous bref moment), car on nous a avisé que les réservations étaient arrivées, mais qu’on pouvait terminer notre vin tranquillement, un peu paradoxal de se faire dire ça dans la même phrase, haha... On s’est tous regardés avec un petit sourire en coin. On était avisé donc pas de surprise. Mais ça «gosse» toujours quand même de se faire présenter son vestiaire après avoir dépensé à quatre 500$ pour un repas. Mais bon, on le savait.Si y’a une chose qui nous a fait dire qu’on y retournerait pas, c’est l'ambiance musicale de m... Le décor texan devrait normalement nous faire baigner dans un environnement sonore de style country. Au lieu de ça, on nous sert du hip hup, ou quelque chose du genre, trop fort en plus d’être désagréable. Ça nous a solidement plombé l’ambiance. Question de goût diront certains. Le goût ça ce travail, ajuster le volume et style musical avec la place aussi.Je termine avec la retranscription d’une partie de réponse que l’administration à fait à une personne qui a donné une étoile. Franchement, une étoile, faudrait pas charrier quand même... Donc, vous avez écrit ceci:« Vous êtes arrivés à 17h34, les apéros servis à 17h40. Vous avez commandé à 17h51 et vos assiettes vides débarrassées à 19h. La bouteille de vin a été vidée à 19h26. Vous avez terminé vos verres tranquillement et quitté à 20h ».Hahaha, en tout cas celle-là m’a tellement fait rire que juste pour ça, je vous ajoute une étoile!Finalement, à part ma chaise branlante, ma table de casse-croûte (vs prix), la musique poche et trop forte, j’ai vraiment, mais là vraiment bien manger. Mais à ce prix s’était mieux! ;-) Le service est excellent et ça aussi on s’attend à rien de moins avec 35$ de pourboire. 5 étoiles pour l’expérience gastronomique et l’excellent service, 1 étoile pour l’ambiance musicale, 2 étoiles pour le confort et le mobilier. Tout ça fait partie de l’expérience d’un lieu les amis...

I love this place! Out of the ordinary!I recommend you go take a look there. For my part, I loved the miraculous potato and the mac and cheese, but honestly everything is a delight. And the staff is really welcoming and attentive to their customers.
