To tell the truth, we didn't eat there since it said "tonight for takeout only". The cook only showed us the inscription, so I thought he didn't speak French. We were nostalgic for a warm Frites So, with a good beer, crowded with people. What is happening? We left. $23 for a “large” poutine?Good luck for the future, and keep smiling, my advice…

My experience at Frite Tandi - Crémazie Ouest was fantastic. The food was impeccable - every dish was a delight and well deserved its five stars. The service was equally remarkable, with a welcoming and efficient team ensuring our dinner lived up to our expectations. The only downside was the atmosphere and the size of the restaurant, which was quite small. However, that didn't stop me from having a great time, and for a price of between $20-30 per person, I found the overall quality to be exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place for a delicious meal, as long as you are not looking for a spacious space.

Wow, Tunisian poutine reminds me of African mafé and plantains that I previously ate in Senegal. As they say in the country, OUGABOUGA OUHOUH, COME TO THE FRITE THEN.

YUM ! This restaurant is incredible, real authentic poutine from QUEBEC. The service was quick and the food delicious. I had the Ginette but I think next time I will have the whole menu because it was so good. You want to eat near Cartier, go to Frites Tandi.
Always fun to have a good big poutine with Belgian style fries from Frite Tandi! Great varieties of poutines and burgers. The only downside: only the classic poutine offers a choice of two formats. Sharing a poutine for two can be a good idea ?

The poutine & the smoked meat sandwich were SO GOOD.We appreciated that Frite Alors! had menus available in English, as we don't speak French. Thank you for that!Ordered the La Ginette Poutine & Smoked Meat Sandwich with fries & mayo.The poutine was very generously sized & heavy on the toppings. All the toppings tastes fresh & the fries were hot & crispy. The Smoked Meat Sandwich was thick with tender meat, very flavourful. Even the simple fries with mayo were very tasty Food was quick to arrive to our table & service was friendly.Will return & recommend to those visiting Quebec City.Parking: A few free parking spots available on the street out front.Kid-friendliness: High chairs & kids menus are available.
